measured building surveys

          Measured building surveys are used as basis for general refurbishment or for planning of inner spaces usage. Outcome of the survey is a set of technical documentation in digital form in CAD formats and relevant scale. Within a site a network of control stations must be established to allow for precise survey of main characteristics and details of individual elements and their relative geometrical relations. To achieve requested accuracy precise surveying equipment as reflector-less total stations and hand-held laser distance meters is used. The set of technical documentation drawings created from the surveyed values contains plans, sections and orthogonal elevations of the building.
